Built by experience. Driven by perspective. From cleaning bathrooms and making coffee behind a Dunkin' Donuts counter to helping business owners see the entire picture — where the cash goes, what the operation needs, and what should happen next.
I came to the United States at 12 years old, arriving in Newark, New Jersey without English, without a roadmap, and without the resources that make starting over easy. What I did have was the willingness to learn.
My first job was as a crew member at Dunkin' Donuts — cleaning bathrooms, mopping floors, making coffee and sandwiches for customers who never asked my name. That's where I learned what it actually feels like to start at the bottom.
That mindset became the foundation of a career built across accounting, financial operations, sales, workforce management, and business operations — earned with a bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University with concentrations in Accounting and Chemistry, and sharpened on the floor of real businesses, not just behind a spreadsheet.
Seven chapters, in order — each one built on the last. The last one, you'll see, is fitting.
"There is a difference between understanding financial statements and understanding what financial pressure actually feels like. I have experienced both."
Where is the cash actually going?
What is genuinely profitable?
What's creating unnecessary pressure?
What needs to change before a temporary problem becomes permanent?
A business doesn't operate in departments — everything is connected. A payroll decision affects cash flow. Poor inventory controls affect profitability. Weak financial visibility affects every decision after it. My job is to step back, see the whole picture, and help you decide what happens next.
Your business should not be built around someone else's blueprint. Your goals, circumstances, strengths, and challenges are different — so your strategy should be built around you.
Let's make sense of what's next — together. Book time below and I'll come prepared with real questions, not a generic pitch.
